Years ago, I was asked to be a full-time facilitator of the Dreaming Program at a software company called Infusionsoft. As you might imagine, I had a lot to learn when I started.
It took years, but over time we were able to create one of the best Dreaming Programs in the country! Now after consulting loads of companies on their dream programs, I have learned most companies shouldn't hire a full-time person just focused on supporting dreams. WHAT IS DREAM LEADERSHIP CERTIFICATION?
Dream Leadership Certification was born because as the Dream Guy, I was constantly have people telling me, "I wish I had your job."
I realized that I needed to give my job away to as many leaders as possible! Why? Because, leaders are in a far better position to manage the dreams of their employees than someone on the HR team.
Leaders are in the trenches every day with their employees, they had authority over bonuses and vacation days, they are the ones that need to create trust and deep relationships with those they lead.
So, we created a one-day certification for our leaders. They came, and the training was indeed transformational. Not only did the Dream Leaders learn to coach the dreams of those they lead but the success rate of dream completion went way up through out the company!
Now we share that training with companies across the country!
