Overview
Building an awesome company culture is formulaic and predictable. Great company culture is built on a foundation of trust and clarity. As a leader you are tasked with creating a clear vision for the organization and then building a team that can get you there. In our Cultural Foundations program, we will not only walk you through setting your Vision (Purpose, Values, Mission) but we will also help you outline the plan to accomplish that Vision. Until these pieces are in place it is hard to know how to hire, who to fire and how to best organize the work. Companies who are missing these elements are like pilots trying to fly w/o their instruments. However, once in place their entire organization feels a greater sense of confidence and clarity. We accomplish that goal through a three part process featured by a two-part onsite workshop with team leadership.
The Details
1. Team Preparation
Before the meeting it is important that we help the team get prepared for our work. During the preparation phase we will invite meeting participants to get oriented to the work by watching one or two online training videos and preparing for meeting discussions with guided questions.
2. Two-Day Onsite
After working with hundreds of companies to establish the foundation for a great culture. Here are the key elements we will work through with your team during our two-day onsite experience.

Here you will outline your future org chart to start planning for your company's growth. This exercise will help you get clarity around your future leadership team, future hires and where the bottlenecks are in your current structure. June 14 (w/ Blushark Media)
BIG 3 (1 hours) Part of a great culture is providing clarity to your employees around their most important work. We will discuss how to hold employees accountable through measuring performance and a tool we use called Big 3. STRATEGIC ISSUES (1 hours)
